CDSLAb Returns and Refunds Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n
CDSLAb’s returns and refunds policy<\/strong> sets out the conditions applicable to the right of withdrawal, time limits, return shipping, refunds and the handling of defective products.<\/p>\n
This policy applies to purchases made through CDSLAb and is interpreted in accordance with current Spanish and European consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n
Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Where legally applicable, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw <\/strong>from a distance purchase without having to provide any reason.<\/p>\n
For purchases of goods, this period will generally begin on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

The exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the exceptions established by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
Product Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must return or hand over the products without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days following notification of their decision to withdraw.<\/strong><\/p>\n
In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will not have to pay the direct costs of return shipping. CDSLAb will bear these costs. <\/strong><\/p>\n
To properly arrange the collection or return, the customer must contact CDSLAb in advance at:<\/p>\n

CDSLAb will provide the necessary instructions for the return. The customer must not arrange a shipping service independently unless expressly instructed to do so by CDSLAb.<\/p>\n

The product must be properly protected to prevent damage during transport.<\/p>\n
Opened or Unsealed Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n
The right of withdrawal will not apply in cases excluded under applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
In particular, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery will not be accepted under the right of withdrawal.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Any other legally established exceptions to the right of withdrawal will also apply where appropriate due to the nature of the product.<\/p>\n
This exclusion does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights where the product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Where the right of withdrawal legally applies, CDSLAb will refund the amounts that must be reimbursed in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed and provided that it does not result in any costs for the consumer.<\/p>\n
CDSLAb may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the consumer provides proof of their return, where legally applicable.CDSLAb podr\u00e1 retener el reembolso hasta haber recibido los productos o hasta que el consumidor presente una prueba de su devoluci\u00f3n, cuando resulte legalmente aplicable.<\/p>\n
CDSLAb will endeavour to process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days once the returned product has been received and checked<\/strong>, without prejudice to the maximum time limits established by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n
If the customer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, or a product that may not conform to the contract, they must contact CDSLAb at:<\/p>\n

To speed up the process, we recommend providing the order number and attaching photographs of the product, the defect or damage and, where relevant, the packaging received.<\/strong><\/p>\n
The photographs will allow us to make an initial assessment of the issue. This request does not limit any statutory rights granted to the consumer.<\/p>\n
Once the issue has been verified, CDSLAb will proceed in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
Where there is a lack of conformity, remedies such as repair or replacement of the product<\/strong> may apply, as legally appropriate, and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract with the corresponding refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n
Where legally applicable, the measures necessary to bring the product into conformity will be free of charge<\/strong> for the consumer, including any necessary shipping or transport costs.<\/p>\n
Legal Guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Products sold by CDSLAb are subject to the applicable statutory guarantee and conformity requirements.<\/p>\n
As a general rule, for new goods purchased by consumers, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from the delivery of the product<\/strong>, under the terms established by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n
This returns and refunds policy does not limit or replace the statutory warranty rights granted to consumers and users.<\/p>\n
Returns and Refunds Policy: Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the consumer will only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in accordance with the terms provided by law.<\/p>\n
Whenever possible, we recommend keeping the product’s packaging, accessories and documentation and properly protecting the item during transport.<\/p>\n

This policy is governed by current Spanish consumer and user protection legislation and, in particular, by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November,<\/strong> approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as well as by any other applicable Spanish and European Union legislation.<\/p>\n
