L&rsquo;une de ses principales caract\u00e9ristiques est qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un liquide incolore et qu&rsquo;il est aprotique, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un type de solvant qui ne donne ni n&rsquo;accepte de protons. le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> C&rsquo;est un liquide organique \u00e0 p\u00e9n\u00e9tration rapide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelles sont les caract\u00e9ristiques du DMSO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le DMSO a plusieurs facteurs qui l&rsquo;aident \u00e0 se distinguer d&rsquo;autres compos\u00e9s chimiques qui peuvent lui \u00eatre similaires ou avoir une fonction ou m\u00eame une utilisation similaire. Ainsi, le DMSO se distingue par les points suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Sa formule chimique est<strong> (CH\u2083) 2SO<\/strong> . Sa mol\u00e9cule a une forme pyramidale avec des atomes de soufre, d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, de carbone et d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9601 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cdslab.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/C2H6OS-300x245.png\" alt=\"Formule DMSO\" width=\"120\" height=\"98\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cdslab.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/C2H6OS-300x245.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cdslab.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/C2H6OS-150x122.png 150w, https:\/\/www.cdslab.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/C2H6OS.png 408w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 120px) 100vw, 120px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> il se caract\u00e9rise en ce qu&rsquo;il est un liquide organique soluble dans l&rsquo;eau et miscible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol, \u00e0 l&rsquo;ac\u00e9tone, au benz\u00e8ne et \u00e0 de nombreux solvants organiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de certains hydrocarbures.<\/li>\n<li>C&rsquo;est un liquide clair, incolore et inodore.<\/li>\n<li>Point de solidification: moins de 18 \u00b0 C Point de fusion: 18 \u00b0 C Point d&rsquo;\u00e9clair: 95 \u00b0 C Point d&rsquo;\u00e9bullition: 189 \u00b0 C Temp\u00e9rature d&rsquo;auto-inflammation: 270 \u00b0 C<\/li>\n<li>le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> peut \u00eatre absorb\u00e9 par le<strong> p\u00e9n\u00e9tration<\/strong> cutan\u00e9,<strong> ingestion<\/strong> ou<strong> inhalation<\/strong> de l&rsquo;a\u00e9rosol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quelles sont les principales utilisations du DMSO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses caract\u00e9ristiques, le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> il est utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 diverses fins. Parmi beaucoup d&rsquo;autres, nous le trouvons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comment<strong> solvant<\/strong> : Le DMSO est fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 comme<strong> solvant<\/strong> pour<strong> r\u00e9actions chimiques<\/strong> qui impliquent des sels. Il est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 comme<strong> extractant en biochimie<\/strong> Oui<strong> Biologie cellulaire<\/strong> . De plus, le DMSO est de plus en plus utilis\u00e9 dans les processus de fabrication pour produire<strong> dispositifs micro\u00e9lectroniques<\/strong> . Un autre de ses domaines d&rsquo;utilisation est<strong> biopr\u00e9servation<\/strong> , en particulier dans les banques de cellules souches. Enfin, le DMSO est un<strong> d\u00e9capant de peinture efficace<\/strong> , \u00e9tant plus s\u00fbr que beaucoup d&rsquo;autres, comme le nitrom\u00e9thane (CH\u2083NO\u2082) et le dichlorom\u00e9thane (CH<sub> 2<\/sub> Cl<sub> 2<\/sub> ).<\/li>\n<li>Dans le domaine de<strong> v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire:<\/strong> le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> est couramment utilis\u00e9 en m\u00e9decine v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire comme<strong> liniment de cheval<\/strong> pour le traitement de l&rsquo;augmentation de la pression intracr\u00e2nienne et \/ ou de l&rsquo;\u0153d\u00e8me c\u00e9r\u00e9bral. Peut \u00eatre<strong> utilis\u00e9 seul ou avec d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> l&rsquo;adaptation de la fonction pr\u00e9vue du DMSO est en tant que solvant, pour transporter les autres ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 travers la peau.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le domaine de<strong> la biologie:<\/strong> le<strong> DMSO<\/strong> il est utilis\u00e9 dans<strong> la r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene par polym\u00e9rase (PCR)<\/strong> pour inhiber les structures secondaires dans la matrice d&rsquo;ADN ou les amorces d&rsquo;ADN. Il est ajout\u00e9 au m\u00e9lange PCR avant de r\u00e9agir. Le DMSO peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme<strong> cryoprotecteur<\/strong> , ajout\u00e9 au milieu cellulaire pour r\u00e9duire la formation de glace et ainsi emp\u00eacher la mort cellulaire pendant le processus de cong\u00e9lation.
