Se recomienda consumirla con precaución ya que puede provocar deshidratación que se manifestaría mediante vómitos o diarreas. Con un par de chupitos al día, manteniéndolos en boca para isotonizarla al mezclarse con la saliva y después tragar, es suficiente.
